About ArchCE Hub

Started by a licensed architect, now helping landscape architects and interior designers do the same.

How It Started

I hold active licenses in multiple U.S. jurisdictions, and for years I managed my own continuing education records by hand: typing the same fields into board PDF forms, maintaining spreadsheets, keeping a folder of certificates, checking the boards' online records, and counting course hours against each reporting period's requirement. I built ArchCE Hub for myself first, then extended it to cover landscape architects and interior designers who told me they were doing the exact same thing — with their own boards and their own forms.

I tried the dedicated CEU tracking services. Each had its strengths, but none felt quite right. Some couldn't keep pace with the rule variations between jurisdictions. Others made it too difficult to attach certificates to the courses they represented. Eventually I went back to Excel — which solved nothing, but at least I understood it.

As I received reciprocity in more states, the complexity compounded. Every jurisdiction has its own reporting period, its own credit-hour requirements, its own mix of HSW, LU, and elective categories, and its own deadline that doesn't line up neatly with any other. Staying current stopped being a background task and started feeling more like a job.

That's when I had the idea to build something. I wanted a system that understood each profession's boards natively — calculating deadlines and reporting periods for each jurisdiction, pulling information correctly off each CEU certificate, and generating the submission-ready reports each board requires (like the TBAE log in Texas or the NSBAIDRD form in Nevada for architects, or the analogous forms that landscape-architect and interior-design boards require). And I wanted every PDF certificate attached to its course record so everything lived in one place, ready for any audit.

The result is ArchCE Hub: a purpose-built continuing education tracker that covers all 50 U.S. states, DC, and the U.S. territories across three design professions. Upload a certificate PDF and the course details are pulled off the page for you to review. When you need to report, a board-ready PDF with attached documentation is one click away. It was built out of personal necessity.

What ArchCE Hub Does

All 55 Jurisdictions
Reporting periods and deadlines are calculated automatically for architects, landscape architects, and interior designers across every U.S. jurisdiction we cover.
Upload a PDF — skip the typing.
Drop in any certificate PDF and we read the provider, course title, credit hours, and completion date for you. Review the fields, then save — no manual entry.
State-Specific Reports
Generates board-ready logs in the format each profession's boards require — Texas TBAE log, Nevada NSBAIDRD form, Missouri APELS form for architects, plus the analogous forms that landscape-architect and interior-design boards accept — and a generic CEU log everywhere else.
Shareable & Saved
Generated reports are saved to your account and can be shared via a secure link — no re-generating when a board audits you.
